Create a profile requirements catalog

In several joint sessions we take a look at your company, assess the company culture and jointly create a requirements catalog in order find the best match for the open position.

Multichannel Search

Based on the requirements catalog, including target companies, industries and regions, we start our search.
We use digital (AI) driven tools, our extended network across the DACH Region, and also look offline in order to not miss out on any profile. In this phase we start building a pool of approached candidates.

Candidate Selection

In a first step we interview the candidates to get a first impression on their qualifications, potential, motivation and mindset. In a next step the candidate takes an aptitude diagnostics supervised and analyzed by an psycology expert in our team. We create a short list of suitabe candidates.

Candidate Presentation

In this phase we take you through the shortlist of suitable candidate profiles. The profiles are highly detailled and contain a comprehensive overview of the candidate. We setup interviews and fast feedback loops in order to keep speed in the process.




Hiring & Onboarding

Once the decision for the ideal canidate has been made we support the whole process from signing to onboarding the candidate with our expertise in hr, labor law and employee experience.
